 migraine

possible culprits:

1) cumulative sleep deficit
2) incredibly spicy aloo gobi masala
3) too much laughing
4) sugar-free dark chocolate (artificial sweetener?)
5) more POUND POUND POUNDING on the highway
6) extra-vivid dreams that seemed to prevent deep sleep
7) mounting stress in anticipation of upcoming fundraiser

i do know one other person who gets bad headaches and migranes from artificial sweeteners.

don't come over tonight if you're not feeling well... i can handle it on my own.

Tylenol, a cup of caffeine tea, and a dark, quiet room. Eating a good meal before you do that will help, too.

Mmm....aloo gobi masala. My mouth is watering!!

Wait--too much laughing can lead to a migraine? Oh, that is so sad.

emilin, that worked! 4 tylenol, diet dr. pepper (tea didn't sound very good... it's all hot and stuff), a frozen pizza (um, that's a "good meal", right?) and about 5 hours of sleep. i woke up feeling like a new woman.

and minty... as the headache was starting, i was finishing my indian food and laughing with friends. every time i laughed my head just pounded. ow.

cumulative sleep deficit

That's what gives 'em to me.
